The city of Remia was founded by Remus, a tiefling born during the Unmaking who would become the city-state’s first king and set it on the path to greatness.
During the reign of its seven kings, Remia expanded its control over the majority of the Tarian peninsula. After its seventh and final king was deposed via rebellion, Remia reorganized its government into a republic.
The city now serves as the capital of a vast state with complete control of Mare Nostrum. Its population is immense and diverse, with people from all corners of the Republic who come seeking what only Remia can provide.
